1. Delivery

• All products are digital, made by the hands of a human illustrator and may take up from 1 (one) week to 1 (one) month for the completion of each art piece depending on complexity, however, it also depends on other conditions such as waitlist, personal projects or the timing of a placed order;

• Should an extension be needed, I'll be sure to communicate so with commission clients, specifying any possible issue(s) and the amount of extra time to be added on to the delivery of the final piece;

• Please refrain from placing an order too close to its due delivery date (i.e. ordering a complex, birthday gift art in less than a month before it should be delivered), so as to avoid delays and upsettings.

2. Personal data

• Your personal data might be needed to place an order, be it contact information (i.e. your personal email), real name, a photo of you (in case of an illustrated portrait) or the amount spent in any commissioned piece, however, it is my responsibility to protect and keep any personal information safe and under discretion;

• It is also a responsibility of all clients to keep my personal data safe. Please keep in mind that I'd rather be more discrete when it comes to my identity online, and I'd like to keep it that way.

 

3. Refund policy

• Clients may ask for refunds up until 1 (one) week after the delivery of the final piece(s);

• Should any commission be refunded, clients no longer hold any rights to it whatsoever, do not share any bits to it or tag/mention me in any way;

• In case of refunds, any commissioned piece is of exclusive use of the artist (Torikomix, alias Bo Toriko) only;

• If any commissioned piece portrays original characters of clients or any other creator, the artist (Torikomix, alias Bo Toriko) may hold all rights to the artwork(s), but not the character(s).

 

4. Usage rights

• I have a right to deny any request;

• All clients must be legal adults where they live to place an order;

• Please provide clear reference of what you want to commission;

• Once any commission is delivered, all clients hold a right to use the artwork(s) as they please, so as long as not to harrass the commissioned artist (Torikomix, alias Bo Toriko);

• The artist holds a right to use any commissioned piece(s) as much as any client. As the creator of the artwork, I may upload it to any platform and promote it as I desire;

• Do not cover, crop or edit my signature;

• I ask for clients to tag me or link to my social media when sharing any commissioned piece on their end, however, that's not strictly necessary;

• Clients may pay for the service, but don't hold any rights to the piece, do not claim it as your own.

 

5. Revision policy

• Clients may ask for as many changes/tweaks as necessary, I only don't take changes to the composition, character(s), pose(s) or props once the lines are finished.
